Service Description
Whether you’re settling into a new home or preparing to leave one behind, our Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning service provides a detailed reset tailored to the property. Service scope and pricing are customized based on the size, condition, and specific needs of the home, leaving the space clean, refreshed, and ready for what comes next.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. To cancel or reschedule your service, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to 50% of the scheduled service fee. Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or appointments where we are unable to access the property are subject to the full service fee. Exceptions may be considered in extenuating circumstances.
